Inkd is a document editing platform designed for STEM students and professionals. The Service provides tools for creating documents with integrated mathematical equations, code execution, and data visualization capabilities.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate equations, code, and visualizations. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

7. Code Execution

The Service provides in-browser Python code execution. This feature runs code in a sandboxed environment. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these security measures or use the code execution feature for malicious purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
